Gigantopithecus

BLACKI - This is a reconstruction I made of the biggest ape that ever lived, the Gigantopithecus. I worked on this wonderful project for The Southern Cross University in Australia about how some studies have revealed that this big ape was doomed by a changing environment and an inflexible diet. I am very happy that this illustration was the cover of a previous edition of the prestigious scientific journal Nature Magazine.
